If you are physically unable to change your own smoke detector batteries OR if hiring an electrician or a service to change them would create a hardship, we will be happy to assist you. In order to keep our personnel available for emergency response, you must have a step ladder that is the appropriate height and the new batteries. This service is reserved for only those that require assistance.
