On April 26th, 2018 the Southern Manatee Fire Rescue District conducted their annual strategic planning workshop that involved all Officers and staff personnel. Each year we conduct our workshop for the purposes of reviewing our mission and vision statements, performance measures results, status of our strategic goals and creating new strategic goals for updating our Strategic Plan. Additionally we review budget requests for the upcoming budget year (FY19) and conduct Team exercises to enhance leadership and communication skills among our officers. This workshop updated our Strategic Plan for FY19-24 time period.
