Southern Manatee Fire & Rescue District has been selected as Cigna’s 2019 Honorable Culture of Well-Being award recipient for the South Florida market! The Well-Being Award application evaluates areas such as leadership, organizational foundations, policy and environment, program implementation and participation. Southern Manatee Fire & Rescue was particularly impressed by Cigna for its great leadership support, a robust incentive program with great engagement, and programs and resources that cover multiple dimensions of health!
